Competence Center Computer Vision

The Competence Center for Computer Vision at Munich University of Applied Sciences conducts application-oriented research and development in interdisciplinary groups, working in close collaboration with partners from the industry.

Innovation is driven using synergies from pooling the competencies in the following areas:

  • Industrial Computer Vision
  • Medical Vision
  • Photogrammetry and remote sensing
  • Robotics and real?time image processing
  • Computer graphics

Alongside application-oriented research and development, we also aim to create a scientific and technical environment and to build up a network between universities of applied sciences, universities and research institutes. Our area of work is structurally embedded into Munich as a research location in order to serve as an expert partner for the local Computer Vision community.
